We want you to absolutely love your BeeBoo pieces. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Important: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window unfortunately cannot be processed.

How To Request A Return Or Exchange

    CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS

    Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    SEND PHOTOS OF THE ITEM

    Take clear photos of the item and send them to us on WhatsApp so we can assess the issue quickly.

    WE REVIEW YOUR REQUEST

    Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm whether it is eligible for a return or exchange.

    SEND THE ITEM BACK

    Once approved, you will send the item back to us. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

    REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROCESSED

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3—5 business days or your exchange will be dispatched immediately.
